Scott Miller is the Founder, Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Manager.  He has more than 40 years of investment experience in equities and fixed income both in the United States and international markets.  Scott is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder.

 

His previous experience includes serving as a Founder, Partner, and Portfolio Manager of Fisher Capital Management which later became FCM Investments and a Portfolio Manager at Brown Brothers Harriman & Company. 

 

He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University and earned his Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania

 

He is a past president of the CFA Society of Dallas/Ft. Worth and the Wharton Alumni Club of Dallas/Ft. Worth. He is a member of the CFA Institute, CFA Society of Dallas/Ft. Worth, Council on Foreign Relations, Dallas Committee on Foreign Relations, The Dallas Assembly, the John Goodwin Tower Center for Public Policy and International Affairs at SMU, and the World Affairs Council. He is actively involved in Special Olympics and other community affairs.

 

He is married and has three children.

 

Scott has received the Five Star Dallas/Ft. Worth Wealth Manager award for 2023 and each of the prior ten years.

Michelle Krick is an Investment Analyst, Operations Manager & Compliance Manager.  She has more than 10 years of investment experience with expertise in finance, strategy, and engineering.  Michelle is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder. 

 

Her previous experience includes serving as a Finance Manager at American Airlines and Design Engineer at General Electric.  Her skills are in financial analysis, strategic planning, and competitive market analysis.

 

She graduated with highest distinction (top 3%) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University, received a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, and earned her Masters of Business Administration degree in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

 

She is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Dallas/Ft. Worth.
